Include your name, order number and a short description of the issue. If an item is damaged or incorrect, keep its packaging and share clear photos when we request them.

Returns or cancellation

Use our support email to send your notice and request return instructions. Please contact us before posting a parcel so it reaches the correct location.

Review your products in your cart, then continue to checkout. Your total is calculated automatically. Choose PayPal at checkout; you do not enter a payment amount. Do not pay again if your order is already paid.
