REVNEX Terms of Sale

These terms explain how orders placed at revnex.shop are supplied and supported. Please read them together with our Shipping & Delivery information, resolution process and Refund Policy.

How we fulfil your order

REVNEX operates a dropshipping retail model. Selected products are sourced from independent suppliers and shipped directly to you through our fulfilment partner, EPROLO. REVNEX does not manufacture these products or normally hold them in its own warehouse. Your order is placed with REVNEX, and REVNEX remains your point of contact for order support and any remedies required by applicable law.

Product information and selection

Please check the description, measurements, materials, device compatibility, colours, sizes and selected variant before ordering. Product information and images are supplied by the relevant supplier. Screen colours may differ from the physical item. If a listing contains conflicting information, contact us before ordering so we can clarify it. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for misleading information or a product that does not match its description where the law provides a remedy.

Prices and availability

The price and any shipping charges shown at checkout apply to your order. Payment does not guarantee availability. If an ordered item cannot be supplied or shipped to your address, we will contact you and provide a refund for the unfulfilled item, including associated charges where required. We will not substitute another product without your approval.

Processing and delivery

Order processing and transit are separate. Our normal processing period is up to 2 business days; a longer verified preparation period, when applicable, is shown on the product page. The destination-specific transit estimate shown for each item begins after dispatch. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different dates. Provide an accurate delivery address and contact details, and respond to reasonable carrier requests.

Our Delivery Guarantee uses the complete displayed processing and transit window. If an item has not arrived more than 7 calendar days after the end of that window, you may request a delayed-delivery resolution, subject to tracking review and the exclusions explained in our Refund Policy. This does not limit any stronger legal rights.

Safe and appropriate use

Follow the manufacturer's instructions, compatibility information and warnings. Do not use a product for a purpose for which it is not suitable. Stop using a product if it appears damaged or unsafe and contact us. Product descriptions are not personalised medical advice. Safety equipment and electronic accessories should be selected and used according to their stated specifications.

Problems, cancellations and returns

Contact revnexsupport@gmail.com or Request a Resolution with your order number, purchase email and a description of the issue. Clear photographs or video help us review visible damage, an incorrect item or missing components. We offer an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy after verification, as described in our Refund Policy and required by law. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or change an order; fulfilment status may affect what can be changed.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, REVNEX is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, failure to follow supplied instructions, incorrect information supplied by the customer, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. These limitations do not waive your rights relating to defective, unsafe, damaged or misdescribed goods, or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, product-safety and consumer-protection rights remain fully applicable and take precedence over these terms.

Acceptance and changes

By selecting the terms acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read these terms, including our direct-from-supplier fulfilment model. Acceptance is not a waiver of your mandatory legal rights. The terms displayed when you place your order apply to that order; later changes do not retrospectively reduce those rights.
